Big Cheaters.... Booked two 33 seater buses for our group. Advance deposit was Rs30,000/- out of 120,000/- Bus photographs send to us was very good & it was 2 X 2 buses with pushback. On journey day they send two different buses, one was 50 seater 3 X 2 & other one was 20 seater 2 X 2 very compact one. Bus driver Venkat & Putta were very arrogant & also used to say NO for every request (we literally requested them) Bus drivers took 2 hrs for their lunch due to which our sightseeing programs got ruined. On last day we were delayed to reach airport (30 min was left for take off) they took undue advantage of it. They stopped the buses & starting argument for balance payment. They asked Rs2500/- excess to drop the airport. Until we give the payment we were on the road. Whenever I called Soumya Travel owner(9900 119025), he denied his responsibilities and asked me to talk to the driver itself. SO NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK THESE BASTARDS' BUS(ES).. - Sachin Kapile
